We use human-centered design to develop and facilitate action learning and development workshops, retreats, training, and innovation labs that can be delivered in person, virtually, or in any combination that best serves diverse needs, conditions, and purpose of our work together. Our strengths-based, appreciative approach catalyzes agents of change. In the process, participants operationalize concepts to develop solutions to the challenges they face.
