Be Possible is a full-service leadership and organizational development consulting collaborative focused on strategic and systemic culture transformation. Our work is grounded in building belonging and collective well-being, and shifting mindsets to operationalize more equitable policies, practices, and structures. Using proven methodologies and an appreciative approach, we guide individuals, teams, and whole organizations through culture change initiatives from start to finish.

Our team uses a variety of analysis and assessment tools to understand your organization’s baseline and to measure the effectiveness and impact of our work together. We’re skilled in survey design, conducting interviews, focus groups and workplace observation, reviewing documentation and policies, quantitative and qualitative measurement and analysis, and describing mindset and behavioral shifts over time. Our culminating reports and recommendations are crafted to be highly relatable, provide clarity, and invigorate teams to carry the work forward.

We cultivate agency, clarity, empathy and vitality through individual executive and small group coaching for teams and emerging leaders. When used as an integral part of our consulting strategy, the design of our coaching program reliably accelerates the process of clarifying and aligning cross-organizational change efforts.
